This blog outlines my attempts at making Middle Eastern food as healthy as possible whilst trying to stay true to the original flavours.

The majority of my recipes will be Paleo ( Grain free/ Dairy free/ Processed sugar free) Some may also be suitable for Vegans. I’ll be sure to mention at the top of each recipe.

Early this year I decided to change all my lifestyle choices; I now follow the Paleo/Primal diet and I do my best to exercise regularly. Since making these changes I have not looked back.

I am a 24 year old living in England but I’m currently in the process of moving to the USA where my fiancée lives. My mother’s English and my father is Palestinian. I spent the majority of my childhood living in the Middle East. I have loved baking and cooking from a very young age; nothing brings me more joy than feeding people and watching them enjoy my food.
